Mark
Mendenhall joined Elo in 2002 after 21 years at Tyco Electronics/Raychem. He most recently was Director of Business Management at Raychem Circuit Protection, which included global leadership for
product management, quality, supply chain, customer service and the
telecom business segment. Mendenhall has held roles which have included Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Corporate Strategy, Technology Development and Management. Mendenhall earned a degree in Physics of EE from the University of California at Berkeley where he was a Regents and Alumni scholar. |
| Luc Mergeay -
Vice President, EMEA, ANZ, ASEAN |
Luc Mergeay joined Elo after fifteen years
in several international sales and business management positions at Raychem Corporation. Prior to joining Raychem, Mergeay's
positions included manager of product management, engineering manager, and
European sales director for the former Burndy Connectors (now called FCI) in Connecticut,
Mass. Mergeay earned a degree in electromechanical engineering from the
Higher Institute of Technology (HIT) in Mechelen, Belgium and a degree in
business management at Ghent University, Belgium. |

Gilroy - Chief Financial Officer |
Before joining Elo in 1997, Dennis Gilroy worked with Raychem Corporation for sixteen years, most recently as Americas Controller for Raychem's Electrical Products Division based out of Newark, Delaware. Prior to joining Raychem, he worked with Diablo Systems and Xerox Corporation. Gilroy earned an MBA in finance/international business at the University of California, Berkeley and a BBA in international business at San Francisco State University. |

Steven Abramovich joined Elo in 1994 and has been instrumental in the company's continued success. He has created a focused sales team to address the needs of OEM customers and established the company's first and successful channel sales program. As a member of the senior management team, Abramovich brings the voice of the customer to policy, programs and products that support sustained growth. Prior to joining Elo TouchSystems, Abramovich was Director of Sales with multimedia pioneer Visage, Inc. Abramovich earned a BS in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany. |
| Hide Yamajo - Managing
Director, Touch Panel Systems Japan |
Before the March
2000 acquisition of Tokyo-based Touch Panel Systems Corporation, Hide Yamajo worked as the organization's
representative managing director of sales and marketing. Prior to joining
TPS, Yamajo spent twelve years with Raychem Corporation in both Japan and the United States and held various positions
in business development and engineering. Born in Japan, Yamajo earned simultaneous BS and MS degrees
in mechanical engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology
(MIT) in 1985. |

North - Director, Engineering and Technology |
Ken North joined Elo in 2001 providing over 11 years experience in engineering product design and development. Prior to Elo he was Product Development Manager for Gardco Lighting. He has held the position of Product Design Engineer for EM Designs and Project Engineering Manager for Prescolite. North earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from California State University at Chico.
North is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineering. |

Baker - Director, Human Resources |
Marianne
Baker joined Elo in April 2004 after three years as Human Resources
Manager of Tyco's M/A-COM business unit in Massachusetts. Marianne
had previously held the position of Director of Human Resources for
Smith & Nephew
in Andover, MA and Polo Ralph Lauren in Lawrence, MA. She graduated
from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Business Administration.
Baker received her Six Sigma Green Belt certification at M/A-Com
in April 2003. |
| Robert A. De Renzi -
Global Director, Quality |
Robert A. De Renzi joined Elo in 1994 and was appointed to his current position as Global Director of Quality in September 2005. His previous positions at Elo included Director of Operations and Quality Manager. In January 2004 De Renzi earned his Six Sigma Black Belt. Prior to Elo, De Renzi was Manager of the Quality Control and Analytical Labs at Raychem Corporation where he spent 14 years. De Renzi earned his BS in Analytical Chemistry at Saint Mary's College in Moraga, California, where he received the Joseph P. McKenna Science Award and graduated summa cum laude in 1980. |
| Greg Swistak - Director,
Custom Solutions |
Greg
Swistak joined Elo in 2005 as the Director of Custom Solutions in
Rochester, New York. He has been active in the kiosk and point of sale
business for over 18 years as the past President of Factura, an award
winning kiosk manufacturer. One of the founding members of the Self
Service Association, Swistak took an active role on the executive and
membership committees and was employed by the Association as the Executive
Director and Vice President of Networld Alliance from 2003 to 2005. Swistak
has more than 25 years of experience in the design, manufacture and
management of technology. He studied engineering at both Rochester
Institute of Technology and the University of Rochester. |
| Geoff Walker - Director,
Product Management |
Geoff Walker joined Elo in 2007 with more than 25 years of experience in the development and marketing of mobile devices. He most recently operated his own consulting firm (Walker Mobile, LLC) for seven years, focusing on touchscreens, mobile displays and mobile devices. Walker's previous industry experience included Director of Engineering Program Management at Handspring, Vice-President of Marketing at Fujitsu Personal Systems, and technical & marketing management positions at GRiD Systems and Hewlett-Packard. Walker earned a BSEE and a BS in Humanities from the Polytechnic University of New York, and has completed all the coursework for an MBA from NYU. |
| Ravi Narayanan - Senior Global Director, Operations |
Ravi Narayanan joined Elo in 2008 as the Senior Global Director of Operations with over 20 years of experience in Supply Chain, Production Management, Design, Planning and Manufacturing Engineering. In addition, Narayanan's broad experience includes finance and global contract management skills. Over the past several years, Narayanan was instrumental in building the Asian manufacturing supply chains for several new products, as well as establishing comprehensive NPI process, test, production process control and engineering methods. Previously, Narayanan was Vice President of Operations at Micronas USA Inc., where he was instrumental in getting fabless and semiconductor manufacturing sources established across several suppliers in Asia. Prior to Micronas, Narayanan has held management positions at Novellus Systems, Scitex Digital and with several high technology startups in California. Narayanan holds a MBA from Santa Clara University, a MS degree in Industrial Engineering from Kansas State University, as well as other graduate qualifications in Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Technology. In addition, Narayanan holds a professional CQE certification from the American Society of Quality (CQE:ASQ) and is trained in advanced Six Sigma methods. |
| Keith Pradhan - Director, Business Development |
Keith Pradhan joined Elo in 2008 with over twelve years experience in Strategy, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing and Competitive Benchmarking. Over the past several years Pradhan has created successful strategies for companies across multiple industries in the areas of market entry, operational improvement, acquisitions, sales effectiveness, new product launches and supply chain. Previously, Pradhan was a management consultant with AT Kearney and a Global Account Manager with Celestica. With AT Kearney, he worked with a large variety of clients to improve their competitive positions through a combination of growth, cost-cutting and asset effectiveness initiatives. At Celestica, he managed entire business portfolios across multiple geographies for customers such as Sun Microsystems and Cisco, which included new product launches, end customer fulfillment, manufacturing, design and sourcing. Pradhan holds an MBA from both Berkeley and Columbia, Management of Technology from Berkeley and both a Masters and Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering from Queen's University in Canada. |
